Sizes

What size should I order?

When buying online it can be hard to know what's the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide on the product page of all items on the website.

Our sizing is true to size unless stated otherwise, so if you wish for an oversized fitting we would recommend for you to order a size larger than your perfect fit.

If you still have doubts make sure to contact us via email info@sovereno.com and we will be more than happy to help or use the link "Have additional questions?" available on each product page to submit your inquiry through the pop-up form.

What payment method do we accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it!

This should be included at the beginning of the checkout.

However, you can’t use more than one discount code in your purchase, and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.

Can I cancel my order?

If you act within 6 to 12 hours of placing your order and it hasn't been shipped by courier, we may be able to cancel your order. Otherwise, you will have to wait for it to be delivered to you and then return it back. Email us at cancel@sovereno.com, including in your letter your order number and the email you used to place it.

If your order has already been shipped you will need to wait to receive the order and then return it.

In case you did not register when you placed the order, after receiving it, write to us at return@sovereno.com for further instructions on how to proceed, please include in your letter the number of the order and your email with which you placed the order.

If you are a registered customer, after receiving the shipment, you can request the return of the order from this link: Returns.

The return of a shipment is at the customer's expense.

What is the standard delivery time?


Approximately 7-10 working days

Why haven’t I received the confirmation email?

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

If you do not find it, you can write to help@sovereno.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it.

If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.

What is our return policy?

With the receipt of the order, you have 30 days to make a refund or to change the product; as long as the items are in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns by delivery company:

From the moment of receipt of your order, you have 30 days to register your return request through this form. You only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

The return of a shipment is at the customer's expense.

How can I get a refund?

From the moment your order is delivered, you have 30 days to return what you ordered, as long as the terms of our returns policy are met.

If you have registered to place the order, log in to your account and click on the Order History link. On the Order History page you will see your placed order, click the View button to view the order details and then click the Return button. Follow the product return form by filling in all the required fields. Once we receive your return request, you will receive further instructions with the necessary information to complete the refund transaction.
