We ship all orders worldwide for free with a few exceptions!
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):

Customs duties & taxes
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as a customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
SOVERENO has fulfillment centers around the world. Our facilities are located in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia and Spain, with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil and Australia.
Depending on which of our fulfillment centers the goods you ordered are located, shipping some or all of the products outside the United States may require the payment of customs fees.
